Built for radiology, not adapted to it
RADops staff are medical imaging professionals with hands-on experience across the full spectrum of diagnostic imaging operations. Our team's background spans clinical radiography through to senior management in both public and private settings, including large-scale RIS/PACS implementation, regional service leadership, financial management, and operational restructuring. That clinical and operational grounding is what sets us apart from generalist consultants.
We built RADops to be different. Every service we offer is grounded in direct, hands-on experience with radiology operations, not adapted from another industry. We understand the DIAS accreditation process, the operational dependencies of PACS and RIS, the regulatory obligations of radiation safety management, and the business pressures facing independent and group imaging practices.
Our team is based in Canberra and works with practices across Australia. We're deliberately focused. We don't try to be all things to all healthcare organisations. Diagnostic imaging is what we know and where we add the most value.
